Hello unfortunately it is impossible for us to do the check out later than 10am as your flat will need to be cleaned et prepared for the arrival of new costumers. Also the company doesn't keep the suitcases for costumers to provide any type of issue

Great stay
Great location with very good tram links, great value for money and very easy check in/check out procedure, felt very safe and secure in the apartment and was no noise
Nobody cleaned our room, changed our towels or emptied the bins in 4 days despite hanging the "please make up our room" sign on the doors.

Wonderful
I booked this apartment for my daughter. Acoording to her feedback, everthing war ok, except there is no air conditioner in the room. It was very hot in summer. In this apartment there is a small kitchen. As my daughter arrived there, she did not see any staff. She used a door code to enter the building. Regarding the check out: just give key into keybox.
There is no air conditioner.

Wonderful
Worth the money. Nice, clean apartments. Didnt leave us wanting something else. Very satisfied.
It was a little unclear where to leave our keys at checkout. Was a little far away, but we knew that when booking. The tram is really close by and leaves every 5 mins. We were just unlucky during our time the trains stopped leaving quite early in the night bc of demonstrations in Paris.

It was in a great location! Very clean and the staff were very friendly when asked for a few things
NO FAN OR AIRCON I'm pretty sure this was advertised as Aircon but isn't nymore. There is an air circulatore in the bedroom but definitely needs a fan. The irsy night was unbearable but luckily when I asked reception for a fan they were able to provide a small one which makes a huge difference. I would suggest having fans put in the room especially in summer No shower screen or curtain, probably needs one as the floor just gets really wet everytime
